INGREDIENTS
2 leaks
2 zucchini
2 celery stalk
1 fennel
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp
huile d’olive vierge extra “Fruitée” Cauvin

PREPARATION
Wash all of the vegetables, peel them, and cut them in small pieces.
Pell and chop finely the onion and garlic. Brown them a few minutes in a pan with the
huile d’olive “Fruitée” Cauvin
.
Add the vegetables and cover 3/4 with water
Add salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer 30min covered on low heat.
Mix everything by keeping the cooking water. Your soup is ready to be tasted.
