PREPARATION
Mix the flour and sugar in a bowl.
Add the eggs and mix.
Stir in the milk little by little to avoid lumps.

Leave the batter to rest for 20 min.
Pour the batter into a frying pan. Cook over medium heat. If the batter is too thick, don’t hesitate to add more milk.
