PREPARATION

  1. Mix the flour and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add the eggs and mix.
  3. Stir in the milk little by little to avoid lumps.
  4. Add the Cauvin Selection Hazelnut oil with pieces.
  5. Leave the batter to rest for 20 min. 
  6. Pour the batter into a frying pan. Cook over medium heat. If the batter is too thick, don’t hesitate to add more milk.
