5 leeks
2 shallots
Cauvin Creatives sesame and cumin oil
salt & pepper
PREPARATION
Cut your leeks in half lengthwise and wash under running water. Cut them into small sections.
Chop the shallots and sauté them in a pan in 2 tablespoons of
Creatives sesame and Cumin oil
. Add the leek.
Cover the pan and cook for about 20 minutes.
Mix and season with salt and pepper to taste.
