Caesar salad
For 4 people
INGREDIENTS
For the salad
- 1 iceberg or cos lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 5 slices of bread
- 25 g parmesan shavings
- 2 tbsp Cauvin grape seed oil
- 3 or 4 chicken breast fillets
For the dressing
- 20 g grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp capers
- Le jus d’un demi citron
- salt & pepper
- 10 cl Cauvin organic omega lemon 4-oil blend
PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 210°C. Cut the slices of bread into croutons. Bake the croutons for 5 minutes.
- Slice your chicken breast fillets and brown them in 2 tbsp Cauvin grape seed oil.
- Rinse and cut up the lettuce and tomatoes.
- To make the dressing, mix the grated parmesan, capers, mustard and lemon juice in a blender.
- Season with salt and pepper and then add the Cauvin organic omega lemon 4-oil blend.
- Prepare the plates with the lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, parmesan shavings and croutons. Drizzle on the dressing.
